Valentine's Day Dinner in the Sky at Mandarin Oriental, San Francisco

Mandarin Oriental, San Francisco is pleased to offer Valentine’s Day Dinner in the Sky on February 14, 2015. Only three tables will be available for this unique dining experience in San Francisco’s third tallest building.
Private sweetheart tables will be placed on the 46th, 47th and 48th floor Sky Bridges giving couples a panoramic view of the city and the bay while they dine on canapés and a delicious four-course dinner with wine pairings created by Executive Chef Adam Mali. The menu highlights seasonal produce and ingredients from local purveyors. Romantic touches such as flowers, mood lighting and music will accompany the spectacular view. The menu includes the following:
Canapes: Blini Caviar, Gougere Chevre Mousse & Cauliflower Soup with Winter Black Truffle
First Course: Dungeness Crab Salad with Brioche, Green Apple Saffron Remoulade & Brown Butter Vinaigrette
Second Course: Grilled Winter Chicories with Pomegranate, Mustard Verjus & Point Reyes Original Blue Cheese
Main Course: Seared Local Sturgeon with Braised Salsify, Osetra Caviar Butter, Melted Leeks & Fondant Potato “Pearls” OR
Butter Poached Creekstone Farms Filet Mignon with Parsnip Purée, Cabernet Demi Glace, Winter Black Truffle Herbed Butter & Roasted Purple Cauliflower OR
Roasted Half Liberty Farms Duck with Meyer Lemon Duck Essence, Celeriac Purée, Balsamic Roasted Cippolini Onions & Canvas Ranch Baby Carrots
